Mods affect Warranty

hey everyone, Im new to the forum. Ive been ghosting for a week or so, and thought I should join up. I have a black hhr LT, and Im looking to do some mods. I was thinking about getting a new intake and exhaust. Right now im looking at a CGS intake, and Im debating about which exhaust I want. I was wondering whether doing intake and exhaust mods would affect the warranty? Has anyone had a problem with that before?

Thanks!

GM is more strict than the others now because of mods. Exhaust doesnt void warranty from what I know. A filter can't either. Do not remove emission parts either
