My Dealer sucks

I took my HHR in for a passenger side door lock actuator and to have both of the arm rest replaced for tilting too far . I picked it up and both of the arm rests were so loose they felt like they were going to fall off. Also they didn't reinstall the door panel correctly. Its not on tight at the top by the glass. Also there was grease on the back of the passenger side seat. I work at a shop myself and I would never call a customer and let them pick up their vehicle in that condition.

The name of this thread should have been. My Dealer Sucks that way you wouldn't be hurting my feelings. And that's my 2¢ for today.

P.S. I agree that your dealer sucks!

I would have taken the car back to the dealership immediately, asked my Service Writer to inspect the vehicle, and then ask that the Service Manager do the same. I'd then pose one simple question: Is this your idea of customer service?

I agree with you completely. When I got mine back from the recall, there were black fingerprints on the headliner...I couldn't believe they would send it back out without getting them off.

Dude they removed my passenger side panel to replace a seal it took them 5 tries and 2 door panels to put it on correctly, it was the same as you real big gap between the glass and panel.
