Sorry to here you had so much problem. Sound like you fixed all the normal crap that goes wrong, how does it look ? I know, they look way better that that Hunyde thing. Since it's a lemon would you take 2000.00 for it ? But wont you miss that retro styling ?

Some of the new Hyundai cars look like they're sucking lemons, a case in point...the Sonata Hybrid. Look away if you must, its frightening.

Looks like a teenager who wears braces and can't get their mouth closed.

Or. That weird clown head at the putt-putt that you had to hit the ball through it's mouth.

All in all. Hideous looking.

I am also getting tired of these people who get rid of their HHR and brag how great their new car is. Fine we get it, but we still like our cars. Go find a forum for _______ and tell them how much you like your new car and bad mouth our HHR's there. I really like my HHR. Yes there are some things that I wish GM would have done better but for the price it is very practical and pretty economical.

True that. However, it seems to me the OP hasn't overdone it. He laid out why he was dissatisfied and left it at that. (so far) My old Saturn sucked. As my first GM product, it very nearly discouraged me from trying another. (The wife got a Ford) I don't think my experience was representative of all Saturns or of GM. While I didn't vent on any forum about it, I've got some tolerance for HHR owners expressing their frustration because of this. As jerry455 pointed out, that does not extend to excessive "you suck"/"such and such rocks" types of discussions.

I purchased my HHR just recently. Its a 2006 LT2 and it had 83000 miles. Yeah I know that the first production year can be a problem child. HOWEVER.... I have always loved the styling and I figured even if I invested a few bucks into it, Im still ahead of a 25000-30000 car payment. Hopefully the next car wont be as much of a problem, but you never know....

I hope the OP is not a salesman, cause he will starve himself to death before he ever sells his HHR.
