My third HHR and this one is amazing!

Hi everyone:) I hope you are all doing well. Being that I enjoy this site, I thought I would share with you all my most recent Ebay purchase. My first HHR was a 2006 LT in black. That car had major issues. Then I brought home a Victory Red 2009 HHR SS that I still love and own. Anyway, I recently bought this cherry 2006 Chevy HHR 2LT. I bought it last month. Right after New Years. I always wanted one in Silver with the gray leather heated seats. And the heated seats keep me nice and warm on cold mornings. Love the heated seats! I needed a winter beater when the SS is parked. This one came from North Carolina as a fresh trade. No rust and runs perfect. It has the bigger 2.4L in it. Thought it would have some pep with the bigger engine, boy was I wrong. I won't win any races with it let's just say that. I just wish it had the original floor mats. For some reason they were not with the car when it arrived. And it only came with one key and one fob so you can imagine my frustration that I have to go to a locksmith and get a new key cut programmed and have a new remote program as well. But I really do not care because I'm in love with the car. Unfortunately, it does have over a 133K on it but you cannot tell. Each wheel is curb rash free. My opinion it was garage kept. Yes, it was an exciting day when it arrived being I had it shipped up here to New York where I live. I decided to post this thread because you just don't see too many 2006 models in this condition. I got lucky on this one. Fingers crossed it will last. Let me know what you all think. I installed brand new headlight assemblies and LED bulbs. What a difference. It is always a pleasure hearing from you. . Cheers!

Thank you for replying sleeper! I like it too. I cannot get over the condition of the car. Previous owners gave it a lot of love.

Sure looks well kept, Those are same (factory optional) polished rims my '08 Panel 2LT has.
Even the leather looks well kept. Nice score.

An 08 Panel LT? Now that is an amazing rare HHR! I'm sure she is a beauty. My dream HHR is a 2011 HHR SS Panel. That was the last year they made them.

Oh and I accepted you as a friend:) sure I will be friends...

Sorry but the HHR SS panels were only made 1 year. 2009.
The HHR SS (all models) was 2008-2010..
The last panels in 2011 were only made in the LS trim.

Yes, the SS panels are 2009 only at 216 built and the even more rare SS with the half panel AA5 option, only 199 built.

Sweet looking ride. Pretty darn clean for a 14 year old ride. Like the LED headligts
