Hi all. Anyone here have a carfax account? A friend of mine needs a VIN run, and I don't have access to carfax.

Ahhhh, pay for the service? It IS worth it.

 

I really don't require that service frequently enough to warrant paying for it. (call me frugal, I guess) Besides, vmg1962 (Victor) from the club already ran the info for me.

Always amazes me how some people justify theft.

 

You can buy a single report for $24.99. That is cheap if you ask me considering the size of investment a vehicle is.

 

How is me running a carfax for a friend on my account theft?

No where does it say you can run a report for a friend. The bolded section is quite clear, the information is for the account holders PERSONAL use only.
