new here few questions.

hey guys my name is Alberto you can call me Belto, im from San Juan, Puerto Rico, I currently own a 2006 chevy cobalt LT with a 2.2L .. So I have had a few problems with it and probably tomorrow or tuesday ill be going to the dealership to give the balt back (lemon law) so I was thinking about a HHR, they look sweet, oldschool meets technology.. but I have not seen the interior so I was thinking , would you guys post up or link me to interior pics. with the rear seats up and with them down and how much cargo space does it have with the rear seats down?

thanx I hope I can get this HHR..

Belto

Well if you believe the brochure, if you fold down the rear seat and the passenger seat the you can fit 8'. I wanna say it is about 3' wide. If you want picks of the interior check out the galleries on the site. I think I even have a few in mine. Hope to see you join the HHR family soon!

I would say roughly about 9ft from rear to dash w passenger seat down. W the passenger seat up about 6ft. I have hauled a full size door, I can fit my bike in without putting down the passenger seat, and just the other day I picked up a portly man and his wife and thier two full size great danes because they had a flat. Not exactly scientific facts but hopefully this will help.

Other than this forum you mean?
I like the extra room and value for money. A small well optioned SUV with the price and fuel economy of a car. I looked at getting a Cobalt, but that tiny trunk opening gave me reason to look at something else.
Ill admit the styling had to grow on me a bit though, but now I love it. If you are the type that likes to accessorize or modify vehicles, there are so many more ways to go with the HHR than most other vehicles.

Im sorry to hear the Cobalt didnt work out, could you give more details on the problems? You should be aware that the HHR is basically a Cobalt wagon, and shares a lot of the parts, so if you want to stay away from Cobalts for a particular reason, make sure it isnt common to the HHR.

EDIT: also when I measured the back for a cargo mat, I got 31 inches wide, 37 inches to the back seat, and the door is 25-26 inches high with the headliner being an inch or two higher than that.
