Talking new to hhr

hi,
i just bought an hhr and it is my baby- couldnt even consider buying anything different. didnt get one loaded up but hope to do some of my own work on it.

holes on side of steering wheel

i have a small hole on each side of my steering wheel- right through the plastic- is that a normal thing? looks like drill holes

That how you remove the air bag.look in the how to on installing radio controls and you can see what and how to do it

Oneton is right...you need to poke something thru those holes to release the airbag when you add the radio controls.
