The oil filter is weird. I didnt think anyone used filters like that anymore. A modern engine with a retro lubrication system?
Cartridge filters are becoming more common. I prefer them greatly to the canned spin-on type, since you can see the filter media and immediately see the quality of construction or lack therof on whichever filter brand you're holding in your hand.
The windshield is kind of low. Hard to see stoplights sometimes.

Perhaps, but it is also freeing up a little bit of power for your engine to put to the wheels instead of to a belt driven hydraulic power steering pump. For the money, HHR has a lot of drive-by-wire technology in it, technology that just a few years ago was high-end territory.
The HHR is definitely masculine, while the PT was feminine.
I've heard this said before and tend to agree with it. It does not necessarily speak badly of the PT, the PT's styling lines just seem to have a softer look. To some people anyhow, me included.
