Hi Bertland,

We are from Ontario. I love Quebec - we vacation there often in the summer - just beautiful!

We can't wait to get the HHR and do some seriuos driving. We have been told not to do any extended driving until we have at least 1000 km. on her. Have you heard the same?

BTW - I am going crazy waiting for my HHR to arrive! I keep checking out all the photos and fun people are having adding to their HHR. Can't wait!

I am definitely going to scotchgaurd our seats. We have 2 children and I don't want to be on their case constantly - but I don't want my "baby' to look like a kid bucket either!

New to the forum also. I've been "lurking" here since I ordered my loaded panel (Black, 2.4 L, 5 spd., sunroof, running boards, leather, spoiler, and rear bumper cover) on March 31. I haven't seen much other info about anyone ordering one - is there something wrong with the panel that I missed or just not popular yet? Any thoughts are welcome.

Hi,I asked about the rear bumper protector when I ordered mine and I got a blank look from the dealer. Go figure! I hope the running boards come with the black protector. I figure I'll just order the rear protector when the car arrives. This is my first experience buying a new car, I usually buy used. I am pretty thrilled. Hope everything goes according to plan. Our dealer told us that the final order date for the 2007's was May 4th. Hopefully our order will go through without a hitch! I am holding my breath.

The boards will come with the pads. I'd get the read pad from anyone other than the dealer. It's just a hunk of plastic with two-sided tape. You can get it from a bunch of different places and save a few bucks.

Thanks for the info. Can you suggest anywhere in Canada to order from? Sometimes the shipping cost is a killer - we are near Toronto.
