New Manual Owner and a Bluetooth Question
Hi I am a NuB here. I just purchased a "Brand New" 2007 2.2 LS Maual off the lot with 14 miles on it. With the GM 2500 2007 LS Cash Allowance and my dealers price breaks I paid $13,800. I wish it was a 2.4 L but I could not turn away for this price. He has one more 2007 2.2L Manual if anyone is looking for one. I Know manuals are hard to come by. Its red metallic.
I used to be a VW driver. This is my first Chevy ever.... The stick even at 2.2 L is a pleasantly fun cruiser ride!!
Also, I want to add Bluetooth phone to my Stock Chevy radio kit. Anyone out their done this? I looked in the audio section of this site and could not find this (seemingly) simple task....
Brrmmmm Brmmmm..

Ahhh.... T505 FM Bluetooth phone adaptor
Well, I bought the Motorola T505 for the Bluetooth phone gig. 90$ by web.
I tried it today and it worked quite well. It is not linked to the radio alas, but instead uses an FM modulator with noise reduction to broadcast othrough the HHR car speakers (or you can use the 2watt speaker installed in the T505. I had no problem using it with the windows up. There was no echo. Fairly easy to use. When you press the FM switch, the 505 scans the FM range and verbally tells you where to se the FM tuner on your radio, then wala! Your phone call come through the chevy stock radio speakers.
By the way, it mounts comfortably on the visor well pout of the way of everything.
Plus, you can move it from one auto to another if need be.
If you can live with the extra step of pressing the radio station channel selector when you make or receive a call its a winner. I thought this would be a drag but so far, its no big deal.
I'll keep my eye out for the 2009 Chevy bluetooth upgrades in any case, thanks.
