This actually does serve a purpose but come on its not a tool. You have to watch the video.

I like how he has to try to get the hose stuck in the video, like we really need a video to see how this works.
I think id buy the stick on sunroof before id buy this thing.

Hmmm, hose gets stuck under tire, move hose. P.T. Barnum was right, there's a sucker born every minute. I'm sure old P.T. would be floored by the silly stuff you see on e-bay.
