Thanks everyone for the welcome notes. My HHR is a daily driver not a business vehicle, so it will be a fun machine.

I was hoping the SS grille would fit, but I have an alternate plan. No chrome bling, just a little hotrod ingenuity.... Looking for a stock grille to play with.

Hope to have the opportunity to meet other HHR owners at events here on the left coast.

Thanks, the avitar is my '48 Mopar (Chevy Powered). Built it about 20 years ago. Been a daily driver and a weekend warrior. Taught two kids how to drive in it. It's part of the family that will be hard to let go.

WELCOME to the forum!! Very nice panel and a good list of to do mods. Have you seen the 3 bar stock grille mod? I think it would look awesome on a panel and I think noone has done it on one yet. Here a pic of Debs. best job I've seen so far (hope you dont mind me sharing your pic Deb) I don't have a really good pic of mine.

Welcome check out the three bar grilles that many of us have made from the stock unit, a bit like the SS unit, there are pics around or I can provide one...
