I think the "rear red lights" is a typo (rear LED lights), and its listed under interior, so they probably didn't photograph them. Maybe just swapped the existing bulb with an LED?
As far as the "sport paint", most of the interior of the car looks grey, and the roof looks white. Once I get in there, I'd barf all over it, to make it look better. Didn't notice any door inserts, though.
I'd definitely pay $1.30 for it. I can always take the stuff off.
