Last week from Mon - Fri, I was working on the south side of Atlanta in the Forrest Park area. I was also staying in the north side in the Smyrna since this was a dual purpose trip and I was doing some househunting in the West/Northwest area (new office will be in Smyrna). Left dark and early Monday morning, came home on Friday only to unload and then load up for a long weekend in Montreat NC (Blackmountain area). Total trip was a little over 1400 miles, used 3 tanks of gas. First tank was 29.8 mpg, second was 31.1 mpg, 3rd was 29.9 mpg (all calculator). First two tanks was only me and my luggage and such for work. Last tank had me, the wife and our daughter + luggage and such. I ran about 5 over the posted limit for the most part, except while traveling through the Atlanta area, then it was just to keep up with whatever the traffic was doing.

Gotta say, a stick in the Atlanta traffic was nothing but fun.
