Smile Nice to see that gm patrols these forums

cansay enough how valuable these forums are on this site. on my AC PROBLEMwith our 2011 hhr i was.. surprised to see a post from MICHELLE GM CUSTOMER SERVICE offering to interveen on my behalf to help rectify our ac problem.the dealer phoned to-day and said they had a new compressor to install &that would fix the problem. i must say i was quite surprized to seeanoffer to help resolve my problem. membership to this site definately has its rewards for membership.it goes to show the general is interested what is being said about service issues&problems.goes to show how powerfull this site is as a tool.my thanks to all for making this site so helpfull&informative.

The General is no different than any large corporation in that there are folks committed to doing what's right and others that are a bit lax in that area for whatever the reason. I agree it appears that Michelle stepped up to the plate and by doing so helped both you AND the dealer appreciate the benefits of good customer service. Hopefully other dealers that need some help in this regard will see the light. This site helps both us and the General in figuring out how to get things done.

Seeing Michelle GM Customer Service commenting regularly here has increased my faith in GM's products and services. She is one of many people that make these forums so valuable.

I'm not having issues with steering.. But it is not comforting knowing GM thought this was enough of a safety issue to Recall Canadian HHRs'.

That just ain't right..
