No ac ,no blower
#13
I'm getting tired of posting the schematic to prove that the power side is to the blower NOT the switch/resisters. The power from the fuse goes directly to the motor. If the fan is not running there will be no power at the switch/resister. The power to the fan motor is ALWAYS hot, if there is no power to the motor the problem is between the fuse and the motor.
To be clear; the switch switches GROUND. The resisters go to GROUND. HOT goes to motor. then wire goes to switch.

Cabin blower
Update on no blower in car. I have checked every fuse, swapped out HVAC control panel, have new resistor and fan. I noticed that when I swapped relay for cooling fan it still did not come on. Could this have a effect on internal fan . I think the cooling fan must have gone out

Under the hood I swapped the relay, cooling fan still didn’t run. Inside I put in a new relay and it still didn’t run . Checked power line that goes in fan blower with control on no power . I’m wondering if cooling fan is bad it some how affects the blower
