Here is something I just found online.
Using water as a filter!
Apparently if you have a can that has an inlet at the bottom and an out put at the top you fill the can with water until it covers the inlet. When the car is running it pulls the air though the water and anything in the air instantly condenses in the water leaving the bubbling clean air to travel to the output.
I will not be doing this as I don’t want water accidently sucked into the engine or traveling back into the valve cover, but pretty interesting idea.
