Pretty much explains it I sorta did the same thing.

First 2 changes were Petro-Canada dino, next was Syntec.

But the next 7 oil changes (three and half years) will all be Pennzoil Platinum...that's how much oil I currently have stashed in the basement

 

No particular reason...BR and LR sorta summed it up pretty well but a lot of what I use is whatever I can get for low $$ on sale and rebates etc...no allegiance to any one oil
