Before posting pictures I had the car washed today.

Side Shot

It starts from the wheel going across

Even the rim is stratched

That's waaaay messed up! I'd go to your dealer and see what type of repair options they recommend. Most dealers have an on-site body shop and if you bought there, many times they'll give you a break - especially on a brand new vehicle. Give them the "tears in my coffee" look and see how it works.

I have a friend who own's a bodyshop. I will let you know what happends. But its just bad timing to fix the car during this holiday season. Do you think if I wait a month to fix it could there be any other issues to worry about leaveing it exposed.

Nah - that whole lower bumper area is plasic anyway; it won't rust.
Repairs will be easy too - except for the rim, - you'll need to get that replaced.

Sounds like time for a custom wheel upgrade!
