One Of The Last Of a Breed .......

Wow,

After 3 years of thinking about it, I finally poped out the old check book and got one of the Last 2011 HHR's off the production line.

The dealer had it in his storage wharehouse for approx 30 days before putting it on the market.

Only 6 miles on it and spotless.

I'm Thrilled because my long wait paid off in several ways.

1. I got a Factory fresh car with the equipt. I wanted, and all the latest GM fixes, improvements, and updates that come with this vehicle.

2. I got an absolute KILLER DEAL.

a. Dealer Invoice Price.
b. $4000 GM Cash Rebate.
c. $1000 GM Card Cash Rebate.
d. $1500 GM Card Bounus Cash Rebate.

Dealer thru in Deluxe Rear cargo mat. $110 value
1 year Free Oil/filter Changes.
Full tank of Chevron gas.

Drove it home 120 miles yesterday. Solid and tight.
No squeaks, rattles or any other strange noises.
Gas gauge just barely moved.

Now the work begins as I re-program all the stuff and ponder what things I want to do.

Down side ... Wifes Car !!

Of course I have to test drive it for everything I do ..Right ??

Well Congrats on the Mint purchase.

You'll just have to do a lot of test riding..

Welcome to the HHR Familia!
What color and yes, we like pix!

The easiest and one of the lease expensive first-mods (around $15-20) is replacing the "fishing pole" antenna with a stubby. Check eBay!
