Color .. Imperial Blue Metallic. 1LT
Ebony Interior.
Absoluetly spotless.

2.2L
Auto trans.
Luggage Carrier roof rails. Really don't need them but got them.
My Link Package. Blue tooth etc etc
Running Boards color keyed.
Protection Package Splash guards and rear bumper protector.
Brite Chrome Exhaust Tip for 2.2L. With angle cut at end.
Spare Tire and Wheel
Weather Tec Rear Cargo Mat Black. Dealer throw in.
On Star Nav by Nav and Calling. 1 year.

Not exactly what I would order, but close enough for the deal I made.

Thinking about Chrome wheel covers. Want to keep the 16" stock steel wheels and tires. They seem very smooth without any vibrations etc.
Years back the steel wheels could be a pain with terrible run out.
Might change tires depending on how these feel and ride over the next month or so.
Came with Firestone Affinities. They had 39lbs. of air in all .... A little hard.
Dropped to 30lbs. cold this morning and will give them a try there.

P.S. What happens to the radio reception on the short antenna mod??

One step at a time......

There are HHR GM Chrome wheels that you can buy that are 16". I would recommend them over just chrome covers..

Stubby antennas all depend on what kind you get.. Someone here actually modded a stock one. Cut it down, and then put a rubber cap on it, for all of like $2 I want to say.. Others have bought them and just screwed them in.. I would recommend a rubber coated one if you decided to go aftermarket. The Chrome(alum) one that I had didn't work well..

To my knowledge fixed antennas are tunned by length. Not sure if the cutting yourself is a good idea unless it's only about looks.
I agree, it's kinda ugly the way it comes.

No question the machined wheels are the best way to go, but aftermarket new wheels mounted and balanced are pretty pricey..
Maybe I'll run it by the new owner (wifey) and see if she would be willing to split the cost ???
Ever heard the saying ......A Tuff Sale ??

I'm not talking aftermarket rims. I am saying they are GM brand chrome 16" rims.. You can search www.Car-Part.com and find some near you for about 2/3 the normal cost or less.

I have not heard any gripes from him about service since he snipped it.. But again, they have found ways to make it work shorter for the Stubby antennas.. Also depends on the broadcast strength of the stations in your area.. weaker ones still dont come in on my OEM antenna..

Also, you may look at some IPCW LED Tail-lights, Chrome version would match the chrome on your exhaust tip, and if you have chrome door pulls and mirrors, grille and beauty bar, it would tie in..

OK... I'll set them at 32lbs. for starters. Got a dead on accurate gauge.
Cars been sitting for over 24 hours in a cool garage so that should work perfect.
