OnStar to Bluetooth?

Does anyone know where to get this if your steering wheel just has a flat silver piece where that goes?
This is the steering wheel controls that I installed for the radio volume and the phone controls. The large button with the phone and mouth on it activates onstar or bluetooth the bottom button hangs up the phone.

GM parts department, wrecking yard, I got the switches when I purchased a steering wheel on E-bay, but the buttons will only work for the radio volume and station change and mute. I don't have the On Star mirror or module
