Haven't used it once. The on-line site keeps forgetting me and wanting me to re-register, then when I try, it has all my correct information already. WTFIUWT?

They offered me a $50 discount when I didn't renew. Knock off another $150 and I'll consider it.

Its a convienience that sounds good but don't really need. They says its good for keys locked in,,,how often does that happen? If you make habit to use the key FOB to lock up,,never.Kids in running car alone? Bad idea anyways.Accident? Might take many years for that to pay off unless your an unlucky one who lives in the sticks but doesn't know how to drive the sticks, besides the HHR has alrady proven to be very safe for even the most horrible crashes..Diagnostics?The dash will tell you when something goes wrong, then the local Autozone will bail you out.We drove for a hundred years without any of these toys and did fine. Makes you wonder how we ever survived,.......I don't se where they ge off charging so much for a mostly static unused system...

Gotta agree with Igotta....had it for the free year and NEVER had a need to push the blue button! I DID however get the 100 minutes for teh phone and used all but one of them before the subscription expired. The bluetooth for my cell works just as well....

Well I hate to admit it but Ive used the blue button 14 times in the last year... all of them to call for a tow... it was convinient because they just typed in my info and my location came up and they sent a tow truck without me even giving them an address. If not for the tows... I would have never used it....

My brother use to lock the keys in his neon at least once a week. He just started keeping a flat spare key in his wallet.

I will not be renewing onstar, unless I started having breakdowns/ accidents.
