Oooga Horn

Hi All,

Well, I finally took the plunge: a 2011 2LT in Victory (or as I call it "Fire Engine" red. (Pictures coming soon) It has most (though not all) of the available goodies, and I'm real happy. Now it's time to make it "mine", which leads me to my question: I want an oooga horn, but I know that some (most ?) sound more like diving submarines than they do old cars. Does anyone have a recommendation or two as to which brands sound more authentic ?

Thanks .....

I'm quite fond of my Cadillac triple-tone horns, nothing says "Move your ass!" with more class.

I like that Idea, I think my exhaust is louder than the horn. Would this fit ?

You haven't heard Caddy triple-tone honkers in a while have you Sam, they have no problem overcoming the throaty burbles from the HHR's or the "Rolling Earthquake" that is my big block SS.

But if you're inclined to go with the air horns, you might end up having to put them in that "no bugs land" between the grill and the condenser.

Thanks. I'm open to suggestions. All the oooga horns I've looked up sound like diving subs, according to reviews (which is not a nice sound). Maybe a big loud funky caddy horn might be a good way to go...... or ?
