For those who want ballsier HHR's, why not widen it, say, 4 inches and stick in the 5.3L Monte SS engine? That way it would stay front wheel drive, but you could seriously light 'em up!
As far as colors go, I could go for a darker purple than the Amethyst color available now, like a royal purple or something like that. I also bemoan that the car doesn't come available in a better green than Golden Teal. I would kill to see a forest green HHR, or at least some forest green trim I could put on my Daytona Blue.
