I thought I liked them, but I haven't seen a vehicle yet that I think they really look good on.

Personally, I think that the look of the polished factory wheels is hard to beat. IMO, you'd be paying an awful lot for a downgrade.

Could do a lot of other cool things for that kind of change.

Remember, those prices are high mainly because they are considered a factory item, meaning, none of the factory warranty is voided. There are several post, in which, owners brought in their HHR, with after market wheels and tires, and the dealer basically advised them that their warranty in now voided, with anything related to the tires and wheels of course.

Or you can go out and get yourself a set of these for $1800.... Foose Nitrous 18", with a 34mm offset. On Falken 235-40.....

Of course, I saved my stock wheels, so when I do need to go in for service, I am going to simply swap them out.....

Erf2u - you haven't lowered have you? Because that 34mm offset just won't work for me with mine dropped. I'm looking at the Foose Nitrous G (gray centers), but will have to get the 40mm offset. Love to have more lip though...

Mike, you are correct. I have not lowered, and from what I have learned, with the 34mm offset, may required some Fender Bending, to avoid rubbing. So, as of now, my choices are limited. I do like the extra lip with this offset though, and not too keen on bending the fender wells.

Have you actually tried a set on yours? Prior to getting my wheels, I was under the impression that 40mm was the most I could go. When the shop received my wheels and tires, it was then when I learned they were 34mm, and after a quick check, I had enough clearance. If you are ever in my area, I would be more than happy to slap my wheels on your ride..

Well...maybe if you come to the Solvang Run, we'll have to break out the lug wrenches for a tire changing contest!
