The asphalt or concrete you drive on gets much hotter than what weather reports..

I park inside so mine will read much cooler pulling outside, till I get going down the road a bit, then corrects to road temps..

All good points. My concern was that something was acting up in the computer or wiring harness. Too many years working with Land Rovers I guess.
