Picture of my 2007 HHR LT2
Bought the car back in April, need a fun car and something to haul my black powder muzzle loading stuff to various shoots so this seemed just right. I added the stripes as I used to race a 2003 Mini Cooper S with the same color scheme and also added a Pioneer head unit and HID lights (both driving and fog) and just did an interior wood kit from CarID. There is also a picture of my backup wireless camera mount inside.

Love your HHR. Like the paint too. I want to paint the fenders, r. boards, front and rear bumpers a different color but I can't decide which color to use with the dark gray. I can shoot the paint myself.
I bought a wireless camera set up but haven't gotten it hooked up. I took out the wiper (I use my mirrors to drive) and the camera fits right inside the wiper hole. Now I just have to get it wired.

The head unit is a Pioneer X950BH unit and that is the beginning of ZZTop's "Gimme All Your Lovin'" video. I have it running a thumb drive with about 3500 MP3 songs and 150 music videos.
The blue is vinyl left over from my race car days and is good for about 3 years of CA sun and then I pull it and replace it. Seems to hold up well against chips and such.
The camera wireless is in the left corner where I tapped the backup light signal. The receiver is behind the head unit.
Thanks for the replies.

Yes, the official American racing colors! Now there is a car guy!
If you take your time the kit is easy. No ripples or any issues with it coming loose as they supply an accelerator so curved pieces such as the steering wheel pieces stick very well.

Yup, white body with blue lengthwise stripes and blue underframe, car numbers to be blue with either a black outline roundel, or no roundel.
An approved variation is a blue body with white lengthwise stripes, car numbers to be black and placed in a white roundel.
With the exception of the recent Mercedes F-1 entries, I wouldn't mind seeing a return of national colors to racing.
Your HHR wears its "Cunningham Stripes" well.
