Thanks, I wonder if a person used smoke spray paint on the lens would the bolts still shine through.
I'm super jealous of anyone with an SS especially one that looks as good as yours. I like the hood scoop.

Not with my hhr, but with my mazda, she was flat black all the way around, including tail lights and headlights. It still let plenty of light through, only got pulled over once, but that city was a city where cops pull everyone over. Just took pictures of my buddys car and went to court. Payed a small fine of like $25.

Instead of using tinting paint to smoke the lenses of your headlights, and reducing light output, take a look at these Depo lights with black housings.
They were the favorite mod on the forum at one time, and they do look very nice with darker colors.

You said "reduced output". Was that with dims on? Would brights be brighter without blinding people?
