Is this possible? No white 2007 LS?

I saved up and am ready to buy my HHR. But, when I try to configure the car at the Chevy site, it does not offer the LS model in white. This seems kind of weird as white is one of the best selling car colors. btw, I am using a Denver zip code. Is it possible it will show the white as being available in other parts of the country?

my best idea would be to go to a local dealer and ask.

Well, I went back and tried to configure it as an LT1 instead of an LS. As an LT it DOES offer white. Just another one of the sneaky ploys by GM to get you to buy higher up the food chain.

I don't believe the LS came in white in 2006 either. If memory serves me right, not all of the HHR colors are available in the LS model, only a select few. I will try and verify that and get back to you.

BTW... to chevyhhr.net...the #1 resource for anything HHR.

I see that you were searching in Denver. Does that mean you're in the Denver Metro area? If so, please be sure to let me know, as I'm a Denver native and would love to meet you and share what I've learned about the HHR. Just pop me a PM with details if you like and we can set something up. Also, please be sure to check in the South Mountain Forum for our Colorado threads.

Yes, NW suburb--Westminster. My white chevy is now getting weirder. I have a pal at John Elway Chevrolet who is the fleet buyer. He checked it out and the order system would not accept white for an LS or an LT1. Only an LT2. He said that did not make sense and is calling GM for me. I will let you know. Sure, we can visit anytime. But, being as I am without wheels for 6 weeks, you'll have to stop by.

My GM employee site allows me to build a 1LT or a 2Lt in white. It does not allow white in the LS.

It is not unusal for GM's software to be a little "funny" at new vehicle time.

Does it specify availability in the LS? That's what they were asking about.

I've looked and only found the 2006 Summit White available in the LT model, so I would presume it would be the same in 2007.
