I once hired a young man to swap out the malfunctioning in-dash CD player on our VW Passat for a new, fancier one. After he had removed the original unit, he brought it over to me, turned it and shook about two dollars worth of change out of the CD slot. He said: "You DO have grand children, don't you?" ( At the time, they were 3 and 5.) The boys liked to play in the car, and we let them (keys out, of course). Neither my wife nor I smoke, do we generally used the ashtray to collect loose change. Little did we know.....
