Cool Puny Little Horn

The horn in our car is really kind of embarrassing, have any of you changed yours to something a little beefier. im thinking of a truck air horn but not too sure where to mount it. im wondering if any of you guys have ideas on what kind of horn and what are your opinions on what kind of horn to get

Its a standard 12v horn, so there are options. Its mounted under the drivers headlight, so you can get at it by removing the plastic inner fender. Some here have installed "OOGAH" horns with a vintage sound, and someone installed a dual-tone cadillac horn.
An air horn would probably need to go under the hood as they can be large.

I went with a Wolo Bad Boy air horn. It is very compact and easy to install. I got mine at tractor supply but lots of places carry it. Alot of people here are using it. It is loud to say the least. Check out this thread about it and the install.

https://www.chevyhhr.net/forums/show...ight=wolo+horn

I mounted mine slightly differently. I pointed the horn opening toward the front of the car rather than down as shown in the thread above.

Here is the company that makes it. It is the first horn on the top of the page - http://www.wolo-mfg.com/air.htm
They have a sound clip there too.

I found standard high and low tone horns at Harbor Freight for $10.00.

Or you coud opt for something a little more radical such as:
