Talking Purchased 2nd HHR for wife

Took full advantage of the 0% financing, along with a suppliers discount through work, and purchased a Sunburst Orange LT. In and out of the dealership in 1 1/2 hours. Traded in her PT which some how managed 5 years without any repairs. She loves it, she really wanted it in red, but this was the only HHR on the lot with running boards which were a must for her. Now the mods begin, first paint protection, the the performance mods.

Congratulations on your 2nd HHR. to chevyhhr.net, the fastest growing forum for anything HHR.

What a great color you got too...but then again, I'm a litte biased. I love my 2.2L Sunburst Orange HHR.

Looking forward to seeing pictures of the HHR's together and hearing more about both. Glad to hear you got running boards too...definitely a must have in my book.

I've got the IMCO 924 Turbo muffler on my HHR and I just love it. Sounds great and definitely gave the car more pep, just by adding that. Think the next big thing will be the CGS...rode in CJ's car when he was here and that 2.2 hauls the mail.

Have fun, post often (especially pics) and we'll see you around the forum. BTW...you think the HHR stuck it's tongue out at the PT as you drove it away?

Love hearing PT Losers being traded in for an HHR. It's the ultimate victory.

Pics will be coming shortly. The PT was a fun car for the wife, until I bought my HHR LT2. She tried it out the first night I had it and scared herself because of the pickup over the PT. After that it was just waiting for the right moment to get her one. They look great sitting in the parking lot sitting next to each other. Classic Black next to the Sunburst Orange. They draw a lot of looks.

Here's a couple of HHR's together...It's a wonderful site.

My Sunburst Orange HHR & CJ's 2 Tone HHR & our 2 mugs

Deb and HaysHotRod (aka Dan) who is also a member of the forum and our HHR's at a local car show.
Believe it or not, we both bought our cars the same day...but from different dealers.

That pic from the Solvang run reminds me of the local dealership in Plano. I drove by there the other day and counted 17 HHR's on the lot!! They had just about every color other than the Spring Edition Red... they must have stocked up for the 0% financing.
