Am I mistaken, but the seller claims to have alloy wheels...those wheels look like the steel wheel with hub caps...hmmm

You are correct. Also, with over 100,000 miles and no running boards, how is there very little sandblasting, unless the area has been repaired? I have 38,000 miles with running boards and splash guards and have a little chipping.
