Question about used hhr

Ok new guy here , I will be buying an HHR SS or the dream A panel SS.

But went to look at this car 7999.00
109k miles SS Manual

Issues I found, left quarter panel filled with body filler.

New turbo new timing chain,

Dealer had to pound on the fuse box to get it to start.
Loud top end has that tappet sound.

So clearly not buying it.

My question a turbo at 109k ?

Is a noisy top end common, real loud at start up then got better once it got oil pressure.

Last question the boost gauge when given a quick throttle hit goes from vacuum to 0

Normal?

Thanks do you guys do intros?
If so I will be happy to make one.

(The car is on Facebook market Sioux falls)

$8000 for a worn out car with valve clatter and you have to hammer on the fuse box for it to start ?

RUN AWAY from that one. As fast as you can.
