I was at the dealer getting a oil change this morning and decided to take a stoll around the lot. I was looking at a panel hhr and was wondering how the heck you open the back doors? I could see there is handles on the inside but how are you suppose to get in there in the first place if there are no handles outside? Lol

 

there is keyless door popper on the remote .. and 2 buttond on inside of car to release doors as well..

Yeah, started in 08 I believe.

 

Googled remotes for 08 HHR, yes did start in 08. considering ordering one and having it programed for my 07. Must be done buy dealership or locksmith. Any idea about programming cost?

i hold my key fob in my pocket and tell people it is programed to my voice.

 

yep... two buttons on remote, 2 on the inside on driver side and 1 on paasenger.
my fat thumb likes to hit the door buttons instead of the lock unlock buttons a lot !!
