Rear bumper step pad

I remember a while back, I think at SOCALHHR's, seeing a carbon fiber rear bumper step pad. Does anyone know if this is available any where else? Would love to get one if I could find one.

I have one and it looked fine until recently. Now it has milk like stains inside the strata and seems to be separating. Dunno why since the affected areas are simply in the middle of the board not near the edges where I would think something like this would delaminate.

I don't know who else has them, but I'm a little leary of their longevity at this point seeing as it has only been on less than a year for me.
Good luck, I look forward to other folks postings in this thread too. Perhaps it is time I got a new one or went total metal. Like you, I like the carbon fiber look.

Thank you Harpozep, I'm a little leary now too. That carbon fiber sure looks good though. Any one else have this problem?

Here's a pic of it before from last May, so it has been 13 months on. I'll add to the thread with a close up of the problem tomorrow night. Anyway, they do look nice!

I'd like to get something that fills the entire sill since I've been getting a lot of scratches on the bumper edges due to sloppy loading by wife, child and myself.
I have not seen anything that fills the sill and I'm not sure anything that does would look good But I gotta wonder .........and maybe try

I also have the silver carbon fiber. So far no issues. Have not seen them listed any place else.

Maybe Maggie or one of our other Supporting Vendors could wrangle these up?

I've got one on my HHR and have had no problems whatsoever. But...I did put a strip of 1/4" chrome molding around the edge to finish it off and keep out some of the moisture.
