Rear fender paint chips

How do you go about having the dealer paint the damaged parts. I am buying a used HHR from a non chevy dealer

No selling as is. That is why I was wondering if it is cover under the factory waqrranty before it runs out.

I doubt if a dealer would cover that unless it rusted from underneath. That would be considered normal "wear and tear".

To paint it correctly they will have to repaint the entire rear quarter/fender and blend to the panels that are next to it. If you don't blend you will be able to tell the panel was painted for sure. If you try to airbrush only the affected damage, it will only last for a while and then come off.
