if its the 08+ SS or the 09+ LT or LS you can replace it with out removing the trim panel. Earlier models had the switch next to the handle where as later models have in the arm rest/ door pull area, two torx screws and it pops out.

It’s the rear door power window switch being addressed, not the master switch in the console or later in the drivers door armrest

I didn't think it would work, but someone on FB told me you could and I verified it.
This was the driver's door module, but it is installed the same way as the others.

Once you get the Torx screws out, it just takes some wiggling, but the whole thing comes out.
The really hard part is getting the switch module out of the insert!
The tabs in the switch do NOT depress, you have to shim the outside of the piece with a credit card on each side to get it out.

I thought for sure the wires would not be long enough, but they were.

The parts book says they changed between 2007 and 2008.

When you pull the cup out be aware that one end has a tab and the other has a clip.

Ok, update on this deal, like said, you can remove the later model ones(with switch on armrest) but mine the switch was not bad, already had gotten one, so put it in, mine felt screwy and even acted like had express down. Mine the switch had popped out of the clips on one side and was binding it up...so watch out for this one...Rob
