I just tried that nug and no luck. They may have changed it sometime after yours was produced. It looks like the upper part of the tower arm could have been a swivel point but mine appears to be no swivel.
The way mine sits I can peep through the opening above the mirror albeit thru the dots, to see the lights.

I think I may have discovered a source of a possible rear noise that is in both of these HHR's
I did a fix and am going to be testing to see if it was the cause over the next few days or so.
Will let you know in case yours involves this issue.
Thanks for the tip though.

Yes mine definately has 2 pivot points. Sorry for the bum lead.

Interesting to know of the change also..

Curious to your findings when you do test..

Mine is pretty quiet as to noises, but always curious..

Rear noise test complete.

I will open up a new thread with the info.

Not a big deal but it might effect some others unknowingly.
