Odd that it's all cut 'n paste though. Why do they want addresses all of a sudden? One time asked for phone number. Just makes me uncomfortable what with phishing scares and all.

Remember, they're social media so collecting information is part of what they do. And notice I do say 'they'. Unlike others here, I've never considered the CCS reps as 'members' of this (or any other) site. There are sites that don't even allow them. They really can't do anything for you that you couldn't do for yourself if you know the proper channels to go through.
