Looks to me like a Sunburst Orange Metallic SS, and maybe a Red SS up in the air.

 

Hopefully I will eventually find the video I saw. What drew me to it was the SS rims, then the SS emblem, they then cut away and when they came back, I could see the tail lights as they changed to a slightly different angle.

 

Odd thing.... People died and we are worried about a mangled car. Just sayin'

To echo Greybeard, people are dead, people are injured and missing, not the time to debate about a wrecked HHR in the rubble.

 

When I was a little brat, tornado took our house off the foundation while we were huddled in the corner in the basement. It was like the Wizard of Oz. We counted ourselves lucky as neither us or our neighbors had any injuries. Most everyone in our nick of the woods still had a fruit cellar or something similiar. Back then there wasn't any "early warning radar" or equivilant. We didn't have time to get to the old celler. Having been there I also feel for those who had to go through this.

 

Had a close call myself a few years ago.. Came within a mile of my house, F2 tornado.. Left havoc for sure, but most of it was out of the village. Luckily for us. But my grandparents city took a direct hit.. I went to help with whatever I could.. I had to fight to get in, told them my grandparents were there, and asked what I could do to help.. They sent me out with the firefighter and their Fire Cart, and delivered food and water to the residents without homes or power..

 

Says this tornado was almost (and might be) deadlier than the tornado back in 1953 here in Flint... There hasn't been a tornado to kill over 100 people since that one...
