Is there a way to. permanently disable the theft alarm upon manual key unlock?

Put in the correct batteries, that should resolve the issue

OK, so it doesn't matter if the cars battery has once been dead?

The RCDLR might require reprogramming after a dead car battery issue, the TPMS will show —— not the tire pressure if that’s the case

So if it does need reprogramming then the tpms should show but in my case there's no error so I don't need reprogramming right?

Correct, just install the CR2032 fob battery, check the battery cage and clean the button contacts
