So today makes second month I owned car decided to find out y remote start wasn't working n got it right the dam thing was turned off lol u live n u learn a lot of people do post about it but here is how u find out if off or on turn key to acc press information n reset button on lift side of steering wheel at same time use information button to scroll n reset to change maybe this will be your problem like it was mine cause remember if u disconnected ur battery everything restarts
