My 07 2LT also makes a clunky rattle on the passenger side, mostly in the morning when I back out of the garage and up the driveway and then go forward for a bit. Dealer could not find anything either. Will be taking mine back in too.

My 06 had the column rattle (they replaced since it was still under warranty ) now the sway bar links are bad (not under warranty), the butyl patch leaked, fried the resistor (I replaced that and fixed the patch) now the blower is bad from the water getting in! I will never buy another american made car again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What they found this time is, sway bar links and upper strut mount. At this rate I'll have a new front end under mine before I hit 60,000....

If it was back in the 70's, I bet. Still have my rattle, still waiting on parts. Told my wife yesterday, if this thing goes in the shop one more time, and I have to pay for an alignment one more time this year, thinking about trading it in.

Well, finally got the parts in, took it to the dealer Monday they got everything installed, still have a slight rattle in the column. Already replaced that once. Guess we'll see how it goes, still not above trading it in.
