RIP Balerion
May 17 2011 to September 22, 2014, with 16,421 miles. Cause of death: drowned by rain.
This is what I woke up to monday morning, the tail end of El Paso getting 4+ inches of rain in 3.5 hours:
These are from when the street dried up and I opened him up, armed with two shop vacs. The blue arrows indicate the water line.
The street is canted a bit, so the passenger side got it worse. About 20 gallons of water got vacuumed out of the floorboards and the spare tire well.
Just got off the phone with the insurance company, they've deemed Balerion a total loss. Not sure yet what I'm gonna get to replace him.

That happened to my '85 Dodge panel minivan in '92. I had the transmission rebuilt and put 100,000 miles on it after. It's still here with me today. Part of the collection. You'd need to replace the axles when they wear out and front bearings. You can keep it if you wish though. Sorry to to see it happen to somebody else.
