Rumor just in from a highly placed GM insider is that GM just filed for BK on 90% of the corporation. Awaiting confirmation.

Probably best. If true it might give them a fighting chance. Time to reorganize, drop the dead weight, and rework union contracts.

I'm starting to doubt the veracity of this report...for now. Big news is usually announced within an hour of the market closing as we're a bit beyond that now.
