Saw an interesting HHR on the Garden State Parkway

As I said I saw a Sunburst Orange HHR on the GSP south while on my way to work today. What made it standout was the graphic (decal? molding?) on the side that was reminiscent of a '57 Chevy sort of the elongated triangle on the rear quarter. Just thought I'd mention it. So far I have ~800 miles on mine (the wife's) and no major complaints. I hope to add the stuff I bought soon.

Take care everyone..

I'm thinking someone posted a picture of one with something like this but I haven't been able to find it yet.

Sorry D, you're on your own on this one. Doesn't sound familiar, maybe if you can dredge it up it might ring a few bells.

I also seem to recall a HHR with that on the sides myself

I have never seen an HHR with those graphics, but I know you can get them online. Gives things a '57 Bel Air look. Pretty cheesy if you ask me.

I believe I've seen this one at the boonton car show (NJ) on Friday nights. It was actually not in the show but parked to the side. I never got a chance to see the driver, it does look pretty cool. Hey Joe where abouts in NJ are you located. I drive the GPS every day...

Not the best picture, but I'm guessing this is what you mean. This one works across the street from me.

Yup, just like that but it was orange. I have tried searching for it but it must be in some strange place. I went through all the Other HHR Pics and nothing. I know I have seen it though.

I always thought that of that shape contrasting color to be more of a 61 than 57 chevy?
