seats

Have a 2010 panel and would really like to swap out leather seats for it. Any idea how difficult this would be - simple bolt in's? If they were heated, is the harness already set up for a plug in?

bolt in but you will need to harness for heated seats and reflash the BCM at the dealer, I looked into this and decided not to , but than I didn't find any seats that were not damaged in the wrecking yards

I'm doing this mod. I'm rounding up parts and peaces. The seats bolt in no problem. My 07 LS don't have the wiring for the heated seats or the power seat track. Your car may but I would check before you jump in. Yes the heater controls need to be changed you can find then on ebay. Make sure you get the correct color there are two or three colors. To get it all to work the body controller will have to be turned on for heated seats at the dealer but I may have found away around that. I have to get mine wired up first.
