from what I can tell it doesn't have much of a retro look?

Tonight Show host Jay Leno's turbine-powered EcoJet concept introduced at the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) show in Las Vegas, Nevada Monday, October 30, 2006. The 650-horsepower (400 lb.-ft. of torque) Leno original is powered by a Honeywell LT-101 turbine engine that runs on bio-diesel fuel. The engine sits in a modified Corvette Z06 hydroformed aluminum frame with aluminum and magnesium structural and chassis components. The vehicle's shell is an advanced construction of carbon fiber over Kevlar.

True story. I was half asleep last night when Jay Leno announced that he was going to introduce a new car at Sema.
When I woke up this morning, I had a crazy thought that maybe he was going to help Chevy introduce the HHR SS!
Why not? that would be a great idea to have Jay show off a hot new car.
Then I found out what the real car was. I was actually disappointed.
